In case of necessity of customs clearance of international express shipment, which was received by an individual, in accordance with Article 236 of the Customs Code of Ukraine, citizens may conduct customs clearance through the Unified State Information Web Portal “Single Window for International Trade”, at the link https://cabinet.customs.gov.ua
In this case, it is mandatory to notify the carrier of these intentions by e-mail with the invoice number to prevent “double” customs clearance.
